Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Swerve confectioners sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

- Add Swerve confectioners sweetener and vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Serve the keto chocolate mousse chilled, topped with whipped cream or berries if desired.
