Decadent and Easy Keto Chocolate Mousse Recipe for a Guilt-Free Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Swerve confectioners sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the heavy whipping cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips and unsalted butter until melted and smooth.
  3. Add Swerve confectioners sweetener and vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until fully combined.
