Ninja Foodi Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard [Or Mustard of Choice]
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper [Or White Pepper]
  • Paprika [Optional]

Directions:

  1. Place the eggs in a single layer in the inner pot of your Ninja Foodi. Add enough water to cover the eggs by about 1 inch.
  2. Close the pressure cooker lid and turn the valve to the “seal” position. Set the Ninja Foodi to cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  3. When the cooking cycle is complete, do a quick release of the pressure and carefully open the lid. Use tongs to transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool for a few minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
  5. Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are finely crumbled. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper, and stir until well combined.
  6. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites, dividing it evenly among the egg halves.
  7. Sprinkle paprika over the top of the deviled eggs for garnish.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Note: You can adjust the seasoning and texture of the yolk mixture to your liking. If you prefer a creamier filling, you can add a bit more mayonnaise. You can also experiment with different spices or herbs for a unique twist.
