Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard [Or Mustard of Choice]
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper [Or White Pepper]
- Paprika [Optional]
Directions:
- Place the eggs in a single layer in the inner pot of your Ninja Foodi. Add enough water to cover the eggs by about 1 inch.
- Close the pressure cooker lid and turn the valve to the “seal” position. Set the Ninja Foodi to cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- When the cooking cycle is complete, do a quick release of the pressure and carefully open the lid. Use tongs to transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are finely crumbled. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper, and stir until well combined.
- Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites, dividing it evenly among the egg halves.
- Sprinkle paprika over the top of the deviled eggs for garnish.
- Serve and enjoy!
Note: You can adjust the seasoning and texture of the yolk mixture to your liking. If you prefer a creamier filling, you can add a bit more mayonnaise. You can also experiment with different spices or herbs for a unique twist.
