Relationships are a fundamental aspect of human life and play a critical role in mental health. Positive relationships with family members, friends, and romantic partners provide individuals with a sense of social connectedness, emotional support, and a source of motivation to achieve their goals.
Research has consistently shown that having positive relationships with others is associated with better mental health outcomes, including lower levels of anxiety, depression, and stress. On the other hand, poor quality relationships or social isolation can contribute to the development of mental health problems.
Healthy relationships also provide individuals with a sense of purpose and meaning in life, which can be particularly important in times of stress or hardship. People who feel valued and supported by their social networks are often better able to cope with difficult life events, such as loss or trauma.
Relationships are critical for mental health and well-being. Positive relationships can provide individuals with a sense of social connectedness, emotional support, and motivation to achieve their goals, while poor quality relationships can contribute to mental health problems.
The triggers for my Mental Health Crisis are no longer a part of me and my life. The difference in the way I think and feel is absolutely phenomenal. I don’t know what the hell I was thinking about for the last 25+ years of my life. Family is everything to me and I was determined to keep my family safe happy and healthy together. Until the day I realized that my marriage was over because of all the pain and suffering I had endured and my sons were still being treated with disrespect from the narcissist that was doing everything in his power to make us feel like we were the worst of the worst of people in this world. Once I realized what was happening to me and my sons and the extent of their dad being a narcissist and having Narcissist Personality Disorder (NPD) I left and never looked back. I ran for our lives…LITERALLY! He was unhealthy for us and I was on the brim of death because of him and his actions but I got the hell out and my healing journey is in progress as I type this message. GodBlessYOU 🖤
