Hearty and Delicious Vegetarian Chili Recipe for a Cozy Night In

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, with juices
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
