Indulgent and Healthy Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe for a Guilt-Free Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
  3. Add the eggs to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  6. Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cookies are slightly golden and set.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
