Ingredients:

Instructions:
- In a slow cooker, combine beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
- Stir in sour cream until well combined.
