Easy and Delicious 5-Ingredient Dinner Recipe: Baked Salmon with Pesto and Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the pesto over the top of each salmon fillet. Sprinkle minced garlic over the pesto.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish.
  5. Arrange the cherry tomatoes around the salmon in the baking dish.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the tomatoes are tender and slightly blistered.
  8. Serve the baked salmon with pesto and tomatoes.
