Delicious Carnivore Diet Dinner Recipe with Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon and Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients:

For the main dish:

  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the side dish:

  • 1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Wrap each filet mignon with 2 strips of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the filet mignons on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. While the steaks are grilling, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill the asparagus for 3-4 minutes per side, or until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the filet mignons from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before removing the toothpicks.
  6. Serve the filet mignons with the grilled asparagus on the side.
