For the salad:
- 6 cups of mixed greens (such as spinach, arugula, and kale)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup of toasted pumpkin seeds
