Ingredients:
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Fill the inner pot of the Ninja Foodi with water, and place the pasta inside. Close the lid and set the pressure release valve to “seal”. Press the “pressure cook” button and set the time for 6 minutes. Once the cooking cycle is complete, quick release the pressure and drain the pasta.
- While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Turn the Ninja Foodi to “saute” mode and add the butter. Once melted, add the chicken and garlic, and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Pour the heavy cream into the pot with the chicken, and stir to combine. Add the Parmesan cheese and continue stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pot with the chicken and sauce, and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
Note:
You can also add vegetables like broccoli to the recipe for added flavor and nutrition. Just add them in with the chicken in step 2 and cook until tender.
