- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape each into a patty.
- Preheat your Ninja Foodi on the sauté function.
- Add the butter to the Ninja Foodi and heat it up.
- Add the sliced onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
- Push the onions and garlic to the side and add the Salisbury steak patties to the Ninja Foodi. Sear on both sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the patties from the Ninja Foodi and set them aside.
- Add the flour to the Ninja Foodi and stir well to combine with the onion and garlic.
- Slowly pour in the beef broth, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return the Salisbury steak patties to the Ninja Foodi, making sure they are submerged in the gravy.
- Close the pressure cooker lid and cook on high pressure for 8-10 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Carefully remove the Salisbury steak patties from the Ninja Foodi with a spatula.
- Serve the Salisbury steak hot, topped with the gravy and accompanied by your favorite side dishes.
