Ninja Foodi Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)

Instructions:

  1. If using frozen salmon, thaw it completely in the refrigerator before cooking.
  2. Preheat your Ninja Foodi on the sauté function.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the olive oil to the Ninja Foodi and heat it up.
  5. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  6. Place the salmon fillets in the Ninja Foodi, skin-side down.
  7. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped dill over the top of the salmon fillets.
  9. If using white wine, pour it over the salmon fillets.
  10. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook on high pressure for 3-5 minutes for fresh salmon, or 5-7 minutes for frozen salmon, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  11. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  12. Carefully remove the salmon fillets from the Ninja Foodi with a spatula.
  13. Serve the salmon fillets hot, garnished with additional chopped dill and lemon slices, if desired.
