Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
Instructions:
- If using frozen salmon, thaw it completely in the refrigerator before cooking.
- Preheat your Ninja Foodi on the sauté function.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Add the olive oil to the Ninja Foodi and heat it up.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Place the salmon fillets in the Ninja Foodi, skin-side down.
- Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
- Sprinkle the chopped dill over the top of the salmon fillets.
- If using white wine, pour it over the salmon fillets.
- Close the pressure cooker lid and cook on high pressure for 3-5 minutes for fresh salmon, or 5-7 minutes for frozen salmon, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Carefully remove the salmon fillets from the Ninja Foodi with a spatula.
- Serve the salmon fillets hot, garnished with additional chopped dill and lemon slices, if desired.
