What does it mean when there is flooding in your dream?

My dream started with waking up looking outside and the yard was flooded. It was running like a river. I went to the basement and it was flooded to the stairs. A time later my son is in the dream and I tell him he has to give the dog a bath, he goes to the basement to do it which is abnormal and when I go down the basement is no longer flooded. Then the dream has my boyfriend, sister me, and the dog walking to the mall. They go in and I stay outside with the dog where I find two piles of what looks to be rare old coins. Then at the end it flashes to a women being tied up and if she makes the wrong move it will cause her to hang herself, though she breaks free in the end.
