Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika [Optional]
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray [Or Avocado Oil Spray]
Directions:
- Preheat your Ninja Foodi to 400°F on the air fry setting.
- Mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another dish, whisk the eggs.
- In a third dish, mix together the bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, making sure to coat both sides.
- Coat each chicken breast with the bread crumb mixture, pressing it onto the chicken to make sure it sticks.
- Spray the air fry basket of your Ninja Foodi with cooking spray or avocado oil spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the basket, avoid having the meat touch.
- Air fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Note: You can also cook the chicken in the pressure cooker setting of your Ninja Foodi by adding 1 cup of chicken broth to the pot and cooking on high pressure for 8-10 minutes. Then, use the air fry setting to crisp up the chicken.
